President of Baseball Operations - Phil Price

Responsible for establishing Evolution’s goals, strategies and presiding over the entire workforce/staff. Supervises budgets and ensures resources are properly allocated. Ensures departments and staff meet individual goals. In addition, the President of Baseball Operations “President of Baseball Ops” manages all other staff within Evolution, while overseeing and promoting program philosophy & development within surrounding communities, direct the organization’s financial goals, objectives, and implement the organization’s guidelines on a day-to-day basis. The President of Baseball Ops will develop and implement strategies and set the overall direction of Evolution, while providing visionary and strategic leadership for the organization.  Responsibilities also include collaborating with the management team to develop the policies and direction of the organization, develop and maintain relationships with other associations, organizations, industries and venues that are in the best interest of Evolution. The President of Baseball Ops will ensure members of the management team have the information necessary to perform their duties and other responsibilities, including organizational structure, professional development, motivation, performance evaluation, discipline, compensation, personnel policies, and procedures.

Vice President of Baseball Operations - Frank Cooney

The Vice President of Baseball Operations “VP of Baseball Ops” collaborates with the President of Baseball Ops and other members of the management team in the day-to-day baseball operations of Evolution Baseball to support the growth of the program.  Responsibilities include but are not limited to focusing on strategic planning for the program, goal-setting for coaches and players, outlining and identify opportunities for expansion of the program and help keep the entire organization on track with its vision.  The VP of Baseball Ops will work with other department heads to maintain strategic advantage of Evolution in the travel baseball industry.

Director of Marketing and Communications - Anthony Perry

Responsible for planning, development and implementation of all the organization’s marketing strategies, marketing communications, and public relations activities, both external and internal. Oversees development and implementation of support materials and services for chapters in marketing, communications, and public relations. Directs the efforts of the marketing, communications, and public relations staff and coordinates at the strategic and tactical levels with the other functions of Evolution.

Director of Finance - Matt Rice

The Director of Finance is charged with managing all financial and accounting obligations for Evolution while working in conjunction with bookkeepers and accountants.  The Director of Finance’s goal is to improve processes, create efficiencies and handle all financial aspects of the business. The Director of Finance’s day-to-day tasks include preparing accounts payable and accounts receivable, and handling aspects of billing. The Director of Finance will work with the President of Baseball Ops and other staff to ensure all systems and/or processes are properly billing, paying and reporting. The Director of Finance will also research and resolve client account issues. This position is entrusted to execute projects and ideas to increase the bottom-line.

Program Directors - Frank Cooney, Aaron Kaska, Anthony Perry, Chris Gouveia

College Prep (15U-17U), High School Prep (13U/14U), Advanced Development (11U/12U), and Intro Development (9U/10U)

Responsible for overseeing one specific program (two age groups) within Evolution Baseball.   Creates and revises development programs, team development, player development, program specific policies, guidelines and sometimes practice plans for coaches.  Helps in the hiring and training of coaching staff, manages individual team coaches, monitors and helps in communications to and from parents, players and coaches while also being responsible for coordinating logistics of potential travel for teams within their department and ensures compliance with relations to Evolution player, coach and parent policies.  Program Directors report directly to the President of Baseball Operations.

Baseball Coach(es) - Various

An Evolution Baseball Coach promotes an appreciation of physical fitness, teamwork, and sportsmanship, while also focusing on instruction of each players’ positive character development through promoting the program’s 5 Core Value System, Creed and overall organization philosophy.  Evolution Coaches provide leadership and supervision for teams and individuals and work closely with the other staff and administration to ensure player and team development is properly executed.  Baseball Coaches report directly to Program Directors.

Administrative Assistant - Carol Doucet

Responsibilities include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation Evolution Sports Facility and Evolution Baseball. Supports managers and coaching staff through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material. Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices and procedures. Ability to effectively communicate via phone and email ensuring that all Administrative Assistant duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner. May direct and lead the work of others. Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.  A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Reports to President of Baseball Operations while working with managers and coaching staffs of Evolution.
