Thank you for showing interest in our organization. Welcome to a New England school for baseball.

Why EVO Academy?

There has been an incline to the need to help make players better. As a result, the New England youth baseball player needs to be taught the work ethic, skills and overall commitment required to play this game at a high level – if they truly wish to become elite. Players are unprepared for the next level, especially in the industry’s current landscape.

Our dedication to player development is not limited to how we train our players to be better on the field, but also in our ability to teach our 5 Core Values to help make our members become better players and better people as well. EVO Academy will focus on providing players with elite development and instruction. This will be accomplished by using a qualified staff to teach baseball specific skill training, while implementing a flexible schedule for players, utilizing our state of the art facilities and maximizing our resources and partnerships within the industry for our members.

The average travel baseball season (depending on age) runs from September through June or July (44-48 weeks). Of those 44-48 weeks, most organizations will offer between 10 and 14 weeks of off-season training (January through March) that is included in the tuition for players. In addition to the number of weeks of off-season, most organizations will provide 9U-12U age groups 10 weeks of game play, 13U-14U teams approximately 16 weeks of game play and 15U-17U teams with roughly 6-8 weeks of game play. Depending on the age group, typical organizations can offer their players 20-26 weeks between off-season training and game play as a “season”.

EVO Academy will now provide players the opportunity to develop for 25 weeks during the off-season (September through March, after removing holiday weeks) and provide approximately 10 weeks of gameplay for  9U/12U, approximately 16 weeks of gameplay for 13/14U and approximately 6-8 weeks gameplay for 15U-17U.

In short, EVO Academy players (depending on age group) will be immersed in the EVO Culture for 33-41 weeks of the year – adding roughly 13-15 more weeks of training than the industry standard. Considering that there are 52 weeks in a year’s calendar, this will provide EVO staff the ability to go beyond the norms of the industry standard to bring players closer to their potential than ever before.

There are 32 weeks between September 7th (first week of fall ball) and April 13th (first week of gameplay).

EVO Academy players will train for 25 weeks of those 32.

Our focus will be to build 1 team per age group.

Enrollment is limited.

It’s time to #RebootTheBeast.

Sincerely,
The EVO Team
